Tree Disposal

January 4 - January 31

Residents of the City of Greenville may leave their Christmas tree on the curb through the month of January. Crews will pick up the trees, which will be placed in Governor Bond Lake for fish habitat. The city reminds you the tree must be free of all lights, ornaments, and tinsel.

The Illinois Department of Public Health will offer free PCR Covid-19 testing Monday, January 4th, and Wednesday, January 6th, at the Bond County Fairgrounds in Greenville from 8 AM to 4 PM each day. Blood Drive

There will be an American Red Cross Blood Drive Wednesday, January 6, from 1 to 6 PM at the New Baden Civic Center. Masks are required and you are asked to make a reservation at RedCrossBlood.org or by calling 1-800-RED-CROSS.
