Core Community Understanding Poverty

Bond County Core Community is sponsoring an Understanding Poverty weekend with four sessions Friday through Sunday, including a Community Leadership Intro in the Bradford Bank Community Room and Poverty Simulation at the United Methodist Church on Friday; two training sessions on Saturday at the Frist Baptist Church; and a movie Saturday at 6:30 PM at the Free Methodist Church. The event will end with a Core Community celebration Sunday at 2 PM at the First Christian Church. For more, call 664-2584.
