State Representative Blaine Wilhour and State Senator Jason Plummer will have a town hall meeting concerning the Vandalia Correctional Center on Wednesday, June 22. The meeting will be held at 6:30 PM at the Kaskaskia College Vandalia Center. The meeting is free and open to the public. RSVPs are encouraged by calling 283-3000.
