Youth Wing Shooting Clinic

The Little Bluestem and Silver Creek Chapters of Quail Forever are cosponsoring a youth wing shooting clinic and pheasant hunt in cooperation with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. The event will be Saturday, November 12, at 8 AM at the Eldon Hazlet State Recreation area north of Carlyle. Registration begins at 7:30 AM. The event is open to boys and girls age 10-17 who have passed the Illinois Hunter Safety Program and possess a current hunting license. They must be accompanied by an adult.
