Lost & Found was established for people that don’t feel comfortable in a traditional church setting and people in recovery. It started off years ago with Chris Harnetiaux and Glenn Kreider meeting in a coffee shop, others began visiting them to talk talked about what was going on in their lives and what could be done to help.

Organizers emphasized the program isn’t about counseling but focused on relationships. The group hosts a Sober Bar on Fridays, which includes games, cards, snacks, and other activities, but no alcohol. There are also regular worship services, teaching, bible studies, and recovery meetings.
The message from the About section of their website, AskMeAboutMyPast.org, says:
“Lost + Found is a grass-roots organization working to reach the lost and saved alike who have trouble connecting with the traditional church.
In short, we are all a hot mess. But we have a God that wants to have an ongoing relationship with us. Our ministry points people toward that relationship…one with the only true source of HOPE in our world today: Jesus Christ. In addition to this, we encourage each other to grow in our walk with Christ.
At LOST+FOUND, we walk alongside each other through life’s ups and downs, struggles and successes.
In Christ, there are no misfits.”
