The WGEL Cash Call and Secret Word are your chance to win free money – just for listening to your favorite radio station!
OFFICIAL CASH CALL & WHEEL OF MEAT RULES
The Cash Call and Secret Word gets played Monday through Friday on WGEL. You must be 18 or older to be eligible. All calls are made using names and telephone numbers from the WGEL Cash Call registration book. If you correctly identify the Cash Call amount for the day we call, you win that amount. You will have 30 seconds to give the Cash Call amount. If you know that day’s Secret Word, you’ll win an additional $50. You can win the Secret Word $50 prize even if you do not know the Cash Call amount. You’ll also have 30 seconds to give us the Secret Word. WGEL announces the Cash Call several times in the morning hours Monday through Friday and the Secret Word gets announced several times between 11 AM and 3 PM Monday through Friday. The Cash Call and Secret Word take a holiday six times a year, on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Employees of WGEL radio and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. All decisions of the judges are final.
