The identity of the St. Elmo one year old that passed away earlier this week has been released. According to the Effingham County Coroner’s office one year old Addison Scott was brought to the St. Anthony Memorial Hospital Emergency Room by ambulance Wednesday around 11:00 a.m. and was later pronounced dead at the hospital. The investigation continues and no further information has become available. The coroner’s office confirms that foul play is not suspected.
