State officials say they expect that the online system for concealed carry permits will be ready for gun owners on Sunday. The website is being beta tested now. State police are also working on a paper application process but it won’t be ready until July. Applicants must have a firearm owner’s identification, 16 hours of firearm training, and a few other documents for their application.
