Plan Commission Approves Greenville Commons Details

The Greenville Plan Commission held a public hearing Monday night regarding Greenville Commons, the planned development – by T Bow, Inc. – on the old Greenville Jr. High grounds. There were no comments from the public during the hearing.

Commission members recommended for City Council approval the master site plan, development agreement, and final plat for the project, pending minor changes.

Those changes include adding additional space between some of the apartment buildings for fire safety; the use of hard wood trees rather than soft wood trees on the property; the addition of one more trash enclosure on the property; and the placement of air conditioner units on the sides of apartment buildings that have two fronts on the building.

The matter moves on to the City Council for consideration in their February 11th meeting.
