Greenville Fire Protection District Holds Banquet, Gives Awards

The Greenville Fire Protection District presented several service awards at their annual appreciation dinner on Saturday. Fire Chief Bill Johnston told us he was happy to see how many turned out for the dinner.

Andy Pepper, Jake Kemper and Kevin Stefanisin received awards for completing one year of service, Dustin Carlock received an award for 5 years of service with the district, Matt Wernle and Robert Neer received awards for completing 10 years of service, and the award for 20 years of service was presented to Tom Qualls.

The Fire Chief’s award was not presented at the banquet because the recipient was not in attendance and will be announced at a later date.
