Keyesport Fire Department Recognizes Volunteers

The Keyesport Fire Department held their annual banquet Tuesday night.

Fire Chief Jim Golder told WGEL the department presented awards to Bill Bays and Dave Harnetiaux for five years of service.  Jeremy Huels and J.R. Crowe were recognized for 15 years of service to the department.

Jim Edwards was named First Responder of the Year and Jim Edwards was selected as Firefighter of the Year.

The Keyesport Fire Department responded to a total of 137 calls during 2013.
