Greenville High School will perform “Hello, Dolly!” as their Spring Musical this year. Musical Director Shawn Cox told us performances will run this Friday and Saturday and Thursday, Friday and Saturday of next week.
“The show entails a match-maker named Dolly Levi. She’s putting couples together throughout the show and of course setting herself up at the end as well with a Mr. Horace Vandergelder,” Cox told WGEL. “It’s a fun show – a lot of great music in it. The kids have really, really been working hard. It’s been a rough season with snow days and getting things pulled together, but it’s been good times getting the music together and the costumes together…It ought to be a really fun show for the whole family.”
All performances begin at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase at the high school main office and at Watson’s Drug Store. Tickets cost $8 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. Door prices are $1 more.
