Carlisle Holds Grand Opening For New Line

Monday afternoon the Carlisle Syn Tec Plant held a grand opening for their new PVC roofing material manufacturing line. The new PVC product will be produced by Carlisle Construction Materials and the new line is capable of making 100 million feet of PCV roofing material a year.

At Monday’s ceremony Reverend Darryl Bolen blessed the line and Greenville Mayor Pro Tem Kenny Hampton welcomed the new line added to the warehouse portion of the Carlisle Plant. Other local and state dignitaries also spoke at the Grand Opening. Carlisle added 25 new employees with the PVC expansion. Carlisle Syn Tec has manufactured roofing material in Greenville since 1980.
