GRH Holds Annual Meeting

Greenville Regional Hospital held its annual meeting Monday night at the Greenville College Armington Center.  In addition to presenting financial information, Hospital President and CEO Brian Nall and Board Chairman Jeff Mollet addressed members of the Utlaut Memorial Foundation about the future of the healthcare organization.

Nall talked with WGEL after the meeting, and he explained an analogy he’d made during his presentation:

“It was a response to a question in which a group on a conference call were asking a bunch of questions on the affordable care organization structures and how we hold the patient accountable, how we get paid for volume, our value versus volume, and the response was: ‘This is extremely complex and what we’re trying to do is build a plane while we fly it’, illustrating the point of how complex this is, what we’re trying to accomplish together.”
