Dump Truck Brings Down Power Lines

Wired downed by semi truck at Langley's Towing

Greenville firemen were paged to Langley’s Towing on Ridge Avenue Thursday morning around 10:30 a.m. A semi truck had been dumping rock and drove into the service power lines connected to the building. The lines were pulled down, causing arcing and smoke.

Crews were on the scene for about a half-hour. No injuries were reported.
