In observance of Flag Day, Mulberry Grove American Legion Post 1180 will fly the Avenue of Flags Saturday at the Mulberry Grove Cemetery. 110 flags at the cemetery and 42 flags in the village will be raised at 8:00 a.m., weather permitting. Flags will be lowered at 6:00 p.m. followed by a Flag Retirement Ceremony. The Flag Retirement Ceremony is for proper disposal of worn out unserviceable American flags. You may give unserviceable flags to members of Post 1180. Everyone is invited.
