Illinois State Police responded to a fatal accident Friday at 1:20 a.m. Kenneth M. Ramsey, age 35 of Hillsboro and Amber J. Woosley, age 38 of Taylor Springs, were traveling east on Old Litchfield Trail, just west of Mallard Lane when their vehicle veered left off the roadway. The 2004 Pontiac drove through a fence, rolled, and came to rest on its roof. The driver and passenger were ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead on the scene by the Montgomery County Coroner.
