Quinn Signs High School CPR-Defibrillator Bill

Illinois high school students will be required to learn how to operate mobile defibrillators under a bill signed today by Governor Quinn. The bill also requires students learn how to administer CPR, but lets students opt out of the training if their parents submit a written objection. The bill takes effect for the coming school year.
