There is a new phone hotline for you to apply for a concealed carry license. Until now, you have only been allowed to apply online but the hotline is designed to streamline the process and make it easier for you to get your information in. You will be required to provide your address history for the past ten years, your driver’s license or state ID information, FOID card information, and prove you have taken the required training course. You will need your training instructor’s name and trainer ID number. To apply, call 217-782-7980.
