Law Dogs Holding Bucket Drive Saturday

The South Central Illinois Law Dogs, a motorcycle club made up of current and former police, fire, EMS, and corrections workers from Bond, Fayette, Montgomery, and Clinton County, are holding a bucket drive fundraiser in Greenville this Saturday.

Law Dogs member Dale Sarginson told WGEL about the drive and more about the Law Dogs organization.

“The Law Dogs are having another bucket drive, like we’ve had for the last couple of years down at Third and Harris [in Greenville] from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday,” said Sarginson.  “We’re a nonprofit organization and we raise money for anybody that needs it, basically.  We’ve raised money in the past for the Montgomery, Bond, and Fayette County Food Pantries.  In the past it’s also gone to fire departments and police departments.”

The Law Dogs will also have a booth at the Bond County Fair.  For more information on the group, search for South Central Illinois Law Dogs on Facebook.
