Greenville Firefighters Respond To Downed Lines, Smoke In First Christian Church

Greenville firefighters responded to a report of arcing power lines on Trindle Street in Greenville Friday around 4:30 p.m. Wind had knocked tree limbs into the power lines.

Fire personnel were on the scene for about 20 minutes and were then paged to the First Christian Church in Grenville for a report of a brown out. The wind had caused the brown out, which caused smoke in the motor of the church’s air handlers to enter the building.
