Greenville Police July Activity Report

The Greenville Police Department has released their report of activities for the month of July.

Officers investigated one theft over $500, three thefts under $500, two reports of shoplifting, and four incidents of criminal damage to property. Traffic arrests include four for no insurance, fourteen driver’s license or license plate violations, fifteen speeding tickets, six restraint violations, and seven other traffic offenses. Officers responded to nine traffic accidents, none involving injury.

Firefighters from local districts responded to 113 fire calls.

There were nine complaints directed to the animal control officer and the lake patrol issued twenty-two verbal warnings.
