WGEL listeners Ryan & April Bauer have shared some additional photos of the funnel cloud spotted over Mulberry Grove Saturday, August 23 around 6:00 p.m.
Both Greenville and Bond County Police told WGEL they received multiple calls last Saturday, some from as far away as Carlyle, reporting the funnel cloud.
Greenville police said the cloud did not touch the ground but ascended back into the sky. The cloud formed a long thin funnel that spiraled downward.
