BCMW Community Services will begin making appointments for the Low Income Energy Assistance Program on Tuesday, September 2. Households with persons 60 or over or households with someone currently receiving disability are eligible to make an appointment.
Beginning October 1, households currently disconnected or at or below 25% on their propane or fuel oil may make appointments. Households with children age six or under may also make appointments beginning October 1.
All other households may contact BCMW for appointments after November 3.
Eligibility is determined by providing 30-day proof of household income and a utility bill in an adult household member’s name. If utilities are included in rent, you may still qualify for assistance.
For more information contact your local BCMW office.
