Chamber Hosting Ameren Program for Small Businesses

The Greenville Chamber of Commerce is hosting a program Tuesday, September 23 with featured speaker Julia Sander, Ameren Illinois Small Business Community Outreach Coordinator. Sander will talk about Ameren’s ActOn Energy project, an energy efficiency program.

Participating businesses will receive a free lighting assessment, which utilizes state-of-the-art software that shows the potential savings generated by the installation of available products. After reviewing the assessment report, the business owner can decided whether to move forward with installing the recommended measures.

Sander says there are over 350 Ameren Illinois customers in Greenville that could benefit from the ActOn Energy Small Business Program.

This free program, open to Chamber and non-Chamber members, begins at 6:00 p.m. September 23 at the Bradford Building. A light supper will be served. Registration is required by 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 19. Call the Greenville Chamber of Commerce at 664-9272 to register or if you have questions about the program.
