A big crowd gathered under blue skies Saturday on the Elementary School parking lot for all types of fun, games, food and remembrance. The theme of the festival was “There’s No Place Like Home”. This is very fitting since the money raised for the Lemuel Rhodes Cancer Foundation stays in Bond County to help residents that are fighting cancer.

The preliminary total of money raised is $31,226 and there is still more to be counted. A final number will likely be announced in a few days.
