The Shoal Creek Chapter of Whitetails Unlimited recently donated a second robotic whitetail deer to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.
This robotic deer is capable of turning its head from side to side, flicking its tail, and even stomping it’s foot. Its antlers are removable to turn it into an antlerless whitetail. The deer will be utilized to catch not only individuals that may be driving around illegally spotlighting deer, but deer poachers as well.
The Shoal Creek Chapter raised this money to purchase this deer from proceeds at their annual banquet which is held each February in Highland.
