Southwestern Electric recognizes Cooperative Month by helping kids celebrate Halloween safely and now through Halloween, or while supplies last, trick-or-treat bags and glow sticks are available free to children ages 12 and younger. Treat bags and glow sticks are available at Southwestern Electric’s Greenville office, Mulberry Grove and Pocahontas Village Halls, the Greenville Police Department, Bond County Sheriff’s Office, and the Village of Pierron billing office.
