Greenville Police Department September Activity Report

The Greenville Police Department has released their September activity report.

There were two thefts of property valued at less than $500.00 and three reports of criminal damage to property. Two offenses involving juveniles were reported along with one report of criminal trespass and one infraction involving illegal drugs.

Officers wrote five citations for uninsured motorist infractions, three for illegal transportation of alcohol, nine driver’s license violations, thirteen speeding tickets, and one for restraint violations.

They made 36 traffic arrests and 15 criminal arrests. Officers investigated five traffic accidents one of which had injuries.

Area fire district personnel responded to a total of 83 calls.
