Several Car Accidents Around the County Saturday

Five car accidents happened Saturday around Bond County. Thankfully none involved injuries. Bond County Deputies responded to a non injury car deer accident on I-70 eastbound near mile marker 38 at 2:53 Saturday morning. The car struck a deer, and lost control leaving the roadway to the right. The car came to rest about 100 feet from the interstate, but no one was hurt. It is very important to remember though that even though no one was hurt (thankfully!) car insurance is still very important in this instant. You can easily get cheap insurance from someone like Money Expert Ltd, so when you get your car don’t forget to make sure that you have the right insurance for it.

Several other non injury car accidents happened around the county on Saturday. The Bond County Sheriff’s department responded to an accident Route 40 near Greenville at 9:43AM, and to another accident on New Douglas Avenue at 6:13PM. City police responded Saturday to a two car non injury accident at 4th and route 40 at 10:53PM and earlier to a fender bender on the KFC Parking lot. It is lucky that these cases resulted in no injuries but this may not be the case if this high rate continues. If you ever get harmed in a car accident then make sure you contact a car accident attorney.

Police have said they are going to dispatch more police cars over the next few weeks to make sure this increase doesn’t continue.
