Greenville College will showcase two different bands in their holiday concerts this season. At 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, the GC Jazz Band will share a seasonal mix of Christmas tunes in Whitlock Music Center.
The fifth annual Christmas by the Fireside concert will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 14 in Whitlock Music Center. The Greenville College Concert Band shares this old fashioned musical event to set a nostalgic tone for the Advent and Christmas season. Emeritus faculty member Dr. Dan Jensen will narrate the concert from his chair by the fire as the band shares the season’s cherished traditional carols and fun Christmas songs.
Admission to both concerts is free and open to the public.
