An Arctic air mass will remain in place through New Year’s Eve, according to the National Weather Service. Temperatures are expected around 31 Tuesday and 24 on Wednesday. Overnight lows each day will be in the mid-teens.
A storm system will take shape across the southwest United States later this week. This storm system will be moving toward our region by next weekend and may bring the area a mix of wintery precipitation.
