The Bond County Unit 2 Board of Education has commissioned the Illinois Association of School Boards – or IASB – to guide their search and selection process for a new superintendent for the district. IASB Consultant Thomas F. Leahy will visit the Unit 2 School District Wednesday, January 28 to speak with staff, seeking input prior to establishing selection criteria. The community is invited to a public session to provide input at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the high school auditorium.
