116 Animals Adopted Through Bond County Humane Society


The Bond County Humane Society has released their annual report for 2014.

74 cats and 42 dogs were adopted through the Humane Society last year. Three additional dogs were transferred to specific breed rescue groups. Thirty six dogs whose time had expired were rescued from Bond County Animal Control.

Humane Society officials told WGEL that since their formation they have rescued and found homes for over 1,200 animals thanks to volunteers, donations, fundraisers, and grants.
