De-VICE Free Nights In Highland

On Tuesday, February 17th, Highland Mayor Pro Tem Rick Frey signed a proclamation, designating March 1 – 14 “de-VICE Free Nights in Highland”. The program is being headed up by Vince Hughes, Highland Middle School Assistant Principal. Dr. Hughes told WGEL about the goal of “de-VICE Free Nights”:

Approximately 20 organizations and businesses throughout Highland have planned a wide variety of free programs for kids and families.

Dr. Hughes said “deVICE Free Nights” are open to anyone of any age, from Highland and surrounding communities.
