K-9 Units Conduct Drug Sniff Operation At Greenville High School

Thursday morning, K-9 units from four jurisdictions conducted a drug sniff operation at Greenville High School.

High School Principal Wendy Porter told WGEL the visit by the K-9 units was at the request of the school administration.

Greenville Chief of Police Lou Lorton spoke about the operation and its results.

Chief Lorton said no arrests were made at the school. Information has been sent to the Bond County state’s attorney for consideration of possible charges.
