Simple Room Works To Make Downtown Simply Beautiful

Kids and volunteers from the Simple Room, ready to work hard Thursday afternoon.

Youngsters from the Simple Room participated in the first Simply Beautiful work session Thursday after school. The Simply Beautiful program, organized by the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, has youth from the Simple Room working to beautify the downtown area.

On Thursday, the kids washed windows, swept up sidewalks, planted flowers, and cleaned up the courthouse grounds. The program will continue monthly through August.
