45 Young Eagles Take Flight Saturday At Greenville Airport

The rain Saturday slowed, but did not stop, Young Eagles Day at the Greenville Airport. 45 youngsters took a free ride in an airplane as part of the festivities.

Larry Frey, president of the Greenville Pilot’s Association, told WGEL planes were grounded for about an hour-and-a-half longer than they hoped, but they still had a great day. Click below to hear more:
