County Board Takes No Stance On Windsor; Makes Appointments

In their second meeting for the month of April, the Bond County Board made a statement, declining to take a position on the City of Greenville’s College Avenue extension project with Windsor Homes. In their most recent meeting, the board brought up the issue again, and voted unanimously, to take no stance on the matter.

The board made several appointments during the meeting.

Julie Nickel was appointed to the Mulberry Grove Sanitation Board for a term ending April 30, 2018.

Travis Gorline and Carol Lingley were appointed to the Bond County Board of Review for terms ending April 30, 2017.

Sue Schaufelberger was appointed to the Campground Cemetery Board.

An opening was announced for the Shoal Creek Fire Protection District, in addition to two openings on the Smithboro Fire Protection District.
