Greenville Regional Hospital Auxiliary Receives State Award

The Greenville Regional Hospital Auxiliary has been honored with the Illinois Hospital Association Constituency on Volunteers Health Care Advocacy Award.

It was one of only 22 IHA members, out of 200 hospitals, to get the honor.

The auxiliary’s support and advocacy efforts include attending IHA workshops and the leadership retreat, donating to silent auctions, contributing to the scholarship fund and supporting efforts in the legislative arena.

To date, fundraising on the local level has led to over $5 million being donated to Greenville Regional Hospital, since the auxiliary was formed in 1957.
