Bicentennial Iron Chef Cooking Demonstration

As part of the Greenville Bicentennial celebration, there will be an old style cook-off using cast iron utensils that would have been common when Greenville was founded. Cast Iron Chef Leroy Ganzer will present a free course on cast iron cooking techniques in preparation for the cook-off event. The free class will be Saturday, July 18, from 9:00 a.m. – noon on the grass lot next to the Central Christian Church on South Prairie Street. The lot is also where the cook-off will be in September.
