Bicentennial License Plates Available

Drive around in Bicentennial style this summer with special commemorative license plates.

You may purchase your plates now for $20 a set at the Greenville Municipal Building. The plates feature the Greenville Bicentennial logo and you may display them on your vehicle from July 9 – September 6. You must also keep your regular plates in your vehicle during that time.

Only 200 sets of plates are commissioned through the Secretary of State’s office and you may request a specific number but the plates will be sold on a first come-first served basis.

Numbers 1 and 200 will be auctioned Saturday, June 20, at noon during the Greenville Graffiti Car Show.

For more information about the Bicentennial plates, call Jon Coleman at 593-5325.
