Former Cardinal Ken Reitz Visits Greenville For Chamber Luncheon

Former major league player Ken Reitz was the guest at the fourth Greenville Chamber of Commerce baseball luncheon, Tuesday at Donnewald Distributing.

Reitz played for the St. Louis Cardinals and also spent time with the San Francisco Giants and the Chicago Cubs. He currently lives in St. Charles, Missouri.

He has been a Cardinal ambassador for many years. Reitz said one of his closest friends is Mike Matheny, current manager of the Cardinals. He spoke highly of Matheny. Click below to hear more:

At the luncheon, Reitz told several stories about Willie Mays, Bob Gibson, Bob Forsch and Lou Brock.
