Greenville Farmer Hosts African Visitors

A group of Africans, involved in agriculture, visited the Jerry Gaffner farm, northwest of Greenville, Tuesday morning.

It was part of a program offered by the World Initiative for Soy in Human Health (WISHH).

Gaffner talked to the visitors about his farm, equipment and use of computers on the farm. He has been on similar agriculture trips to other countries and is always happy to promote U.S. agriculture. Click below to hear more:

Gaffner’s father, C.W. Gaffner, is a member of the Illinois Soybean Association board.
