Military Moms Launch Recognition Projects

Military Moms of Bond County is working on two projects for veterans and current military personnel. Both will be part of the Greenville Bicentennial opening ceremony on September 5.

The group wants to recognize all county veterans and current service members, and is asking that information be provided. Diana Kuhl-Troemel told WGEL about the plans:

She said Military Moms is also asking area businesses to participate in a VIP card project and gift bags:

Some businesses have already contributed to the gift bags. Any business wanting to provide a discount for the card or wanting to contribute to the gift bags should contact the Military Moms of Bond County.

There is no charge to veterans for the VIP card or gift bags.
