Bauer On Growing Heroin Problem In County

The possession and usage of heroin in Bond County is evident by the increased number of criminal charges that have been filed recently.

Bauer said heroin has been prevalent in Madison County in recent years and he believes the heroin used in Bond County is being obtained from Missouri and the Metro East areas.
