City Of Greenville Not Obligated To Build College Avenue Extension

Action taken by the Greenville City Council at a special meeting Tuesday night no longer obligates the city to build a road for the Green Gables Windsor Subdivision.

Several individuals who oppose the 40-home subdivision, to be built east of the intersection of College Avenue and Idler Lane, attended the meeting. They were pleased the council decided not to renew the agreement.
