Greenville Bicentennial Committee Planning Many Activities For Labor Day Weekend


The Greenville Bicentennial Committee continues to meet to plan the city’s 200th birthday celebration on September 5th and 6th.

Various activities will be held throughout downtown Greenville.

Highlights include a concert by the Bellamy Brothers at 8 p.m. September 5, a concert by the Little River Band at 8 p.m. on September 6 and the bicentennial parade, the afternoon of September 6.

Rex Catron, committee chairman, said the bicentennial is a time to celebrate and put Greenville in the spotlight. Click below to hear more:
