Greenville Bicentennial Plates Available To Pick Up Thursday Afternoon

Bicentennial volunteers are picking up Greenville Bicentennial specialty license plates from the Secretary of State’s office in Springfield Thursday morning. For those who have purchased plates, they will be available at the Greenville Municipal Building beginning after 3:00 p.m. Thursday.

Plates can be displayed from July 9 through September 6.

You may still purchase plates at the Greenville Municipal Building for $20 per set. You must provide your current license plate number, expiration month/year, name and address, and DL number. You must keep your regular plates in your vehicle.

After September 6, you will be allowed to keep your specialty plates as a memento of the Bicentennial.
