According to an updated press release from the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office, Tuesday, June 30, at 11:56 p.m., the sheriff’s office took a call of a missing person in the Boulder, IL area. The caller reported a white male, age 55, had not returned home from a fishing outing earlier in the evening. A search was initiated and resulted in the recovery of the victim’s body at 4:36 p.m. Wednesday, July 1. The person’s name has not been released pending notification of family. The Keyesport Fire Protection District Dive Team assisted in the search.
